Anbudan is a Googlegroup that was started on March 7th, 2005. It's the World's First Thamiz (Tamil) Unicode group. Prior to Anbudan, Tamil groups were functioning in TSCII. Anbudan a highly successful group with almost 700 members who are able to read emails in Tamil Unicode, and many of whom are able to interact by typing in Tamil Unicode.
