The Amateur Seismic Centre (ASC or www.asc-india.org) is an independent non-profit website based in Pune (Maharashtra, India) that was founded in June 2000 by Stacey S. Martin. The website was created with the aim of providing users in India and overseas, information on earthquakes in the sub-continent.

Geological Society of India promote the cause of advanced studies and research in all branches of Earth Systems Science. The Journal of the society is the flagship publication which publishes peer-reviewed articles under the category of Review Papers, Research Papers, Short Communications, Notes, Corporate News, Correspondence and book reviews.

Journal of Earth System Science is published bimonthly. The journal publishes high-quality research new data, ideas, and conceptual advances in Earth System Science.
